Hillcrest is committed to forming promise people, through the fulfilling of six (6) promises; caring adults, safe places, healthy starts, effective education, an opportunity to service, and an opportunity for a spiritual conversation for all who are served and for all there who serve.

Our philosophy is also embedded in our logo, which emphasizes the name of Hillcrest to honor our founder, Dr. Nancy Hill, and the color green, the symbolic color of hope and growth. The window depicts both the residential nature of some Hillcrest programs and the window of opportunity opened for individuals and families through our many other services. The crossbar of the window illustrates our Christian mission of service to others, while the sun represents a brighter future possible for all members of the Hillcrest family. The moon and stars of the sky exemplify our commitment to assist people in reaching their goals and potential.
