Hillcrest Family Services offers prorated benefits to positions over 20 hours per week. Positions over 35 hours per week are considered full-time and are offered the benefits package listed below.

PTO (Personal Time Off) - Full-time new hires earn personal time off at a rate of .096 per hour worked.

Short Term Disability - Each full-time employee accumulates short term disability at the rate of .035 per each paid hour.

Health Insurance - Full-time employees are offered health insurance coverage. The new employee can choose premiums for single, employee plus one, or family coverage. The health insurance plan includes vision, prescription and chiropractic coverage. Dental insurance is also available.

Flexible Spending - Employees may elect to participate to increase the annual take home pay by converting taxable wages into pre-tax payments for medical expenses, dependent care expenses, and premiums for personal insurance/health insurance for group coverage.

Life Insurance - A life insurance policy is offered to full-time employees and pays twice the employee's annual salary to the beneficiary in the event of his/her death. Full premiums are paid for by Hillcrest.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance -The beneficiary receives two times his/her annual salary in addition to the basic life insurance policy offered above.

Voluntary Life Insurance - Hillcrest offers an opportunity for the new employee to purchase additional life insurance coverage for his/herself or for his/her family at very reasonable rates.

Disability Insurance - Long term disability is fully paid for by Hillcrest.

Retirement Plan - Hillcrest pays for a defined benefit or defined contribution plan depending on the position held.

Tax Deferred Annuity - In addition to the basic retirement plan Hillcrest offers, a tax-deferred annuity is also available to invest a portion of the employee's earnings for retirement.
