What is Bowl For Kids' Sake?
Bowl For Kids' Sake is the largest annual fund raising event for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Iowa, a program of Hillcrest Family Services. This fund raising event is in the form of a bowl-a-thon where participants secure sponsors and then come to the event to enjoy a HUGE bowling party!
About Big Brothers Big Sisters:
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Iowa is a volunteer organization that provides children support, guidance, friendship and fun by matching them to adult role models in the community-based program or high-school students in the school-based program.
BBBS of Eastern Iowa works together with Hillcrest Family Services to fulfill their mission of helping young people achieve their highest potential as they grow to become productive men and women. BBBS serves this mission through a professional staff that carefully works with both the volunteers and the children to ensure that the experience of Big Brothers Big Sisters is one that is dynamic, fulfilling,memorable and fun for both the child (the Little) and the volunteer (the Big).
