She has a history of nursing in multiple specialties for 14 years, including psychiatric nursing for 7 years. Outside of her interest in heath, Sarah participates in golf, skiing, painting and cooking. She is a member of the National Ski Patrol, the Eagles Club and a former member of the Jaycees.

Michelle uses a cognitive behavioral approach and her services include addressing issues related to anxiety and stress, depression, women’s issues, grief and loss, behavioral problems and a variety of other emotional difficulties. She is also experienced at working with spiritual issues, relationship difficulties and integrating wellness. Michelle accepts people for where they are at and assists them in using their own strengths and abilities to get to where they want to be in live. Michelle has twelve years of experience working the Mental Health field. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology form St. Ambrose University and a master’s degree for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Jan Neenan RNC is a Registered Nurse at the Hillcrest Mental Health Center in Dubuque. Jan has worked in the mental health field for 29 years with individuals at Julien Care Facility, Gannon Center for Community Mental Health, and Hillcrest Mental Health Center. Jan has an Associate Degree in Nursing from Northeast Iowa Community College, is a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa and has maintained ANCC certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing since 1992.
- Tom Tschudi, RN
Thomas Tschudi is a Registered Nurse at Hillcrest Mental Health Center. He provides direct service to clients of all ages. He assists Clinicians and Practitioners with Mental Health Assessments and Treatments. Duties also involve Medication Administration, Patient Assistance, and Prescription renewals. Tom graduated form Northeast Iowa Community College with an Associates Degree in Nursing, and is licensed through the state of Iowa. He has over fourteen years of Mental Health experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Tom is local to Dubuque and enjoys making a home here with his wife and children.
