   - providing community information on the dangers of tobacco

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Iowa
   - Adults (18 and older) and children (5-15) partnered in a mentoring relationship

Emergency Youth Shelter Care
   - short-term emergency placement for children age 7 to 17

Family Centered Services
   - a collection of services available for at-risk youth

Hillcrest Clinic
   - male and female reproductive health clinic

Highland Place
   - a residential rehabilitation facility for psychiatrically disabled adults

Hillcrest/Mercy Maternal Health Program
   - comprehensive prenatal care to pregnant women

Hillcrest Supported Living (HSL)
   - Supported Community Living (SCL) Program that serves adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness,
     brain injury or developmental disability.

Homeless Outreach
   - Serves persons who are homeless or are in imminent risk of homelessness and have a diagnosis of a
     serious mental illness

Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (IPR)
   - Role recovery program for individuals, 16 years or older; diagnosis of a serious mental illness.

K-12 Special Education Program
   - schoolchildren, referred to program by public school system

Mental Health and Counseling Centers
   - counseling to individuals, families and children as young as three

Transitional Housing for Homeless Families
   - homeless families

Unplanned Pregnancy Counseling
   - for women seeking options available with an unplanned pregnancy

Wellness Center
   - adults and aging adults in recovery from mental illness, substance abuse, physical injury/illness
     or acculturation stress

WIC Program
