Hours of operation:
10:30-6:30, daily, including weekends

The wellness center serves adults and aging adults in recovery from mental illness, substance abuse, physical injury/illness, and persons coping with acculturation stress (veterans, persons released from prison, immigrants). Then main program is the WRAP Program or Wellness Recovery Action Plan, in which our goal is to help participants regain a happy, active life through steps that they lay out for themselves.

Services:

Wellness center activities are holistic, peer supported, individualized and strengths based. We believe in empowerment and responsibility, and the promise of action and participation in the community.

Groups:

How our Groups Work

Our groups are often run by volunteers and sometimes, employees. Help is always needed because we also work with people in crisis. If fewer than 4 people show up for a group, the group facilitator may decide not to hold the group at the appointed time or on that day. We thank you for your flexibility, understanding and willingness to help make the Wellness Center a place and space for recovery.
